Dr. Puspita A. Permatasari-Grochowina is a digital business technology consultant with a demonstrated track record in international education and research management, she is a full-time lecturer with Dutch higher education teaching qualifications. She holds a PhD in digital technology for culture and creative business from USI-Universita della Svizzera Italiana (Switzerland), a Master degree in cultural heritage management and tourism from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France), and a Bachelor degree in Chinese studies from the University of Indonesia.

Her experience spans intergovernmental intercultural communication projects and digital technology development for humanities (art, creative business and tourism). She actively explores the roles of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in supporting quality improvements in education, cultural heritage preservation, and community empowerment.
