Important Announcement from Amsterdam!

We are excited to share an important update: IC University of Applied Sciences has officially rebranded as the University of Applied Sciences Europe (UE Amsterdam)!

With a rich history that dates back to its founding by entrepreneur Anton Dreesmann in 1979, UE Amsterdam is proud to continue its mission of delivering world-class business education. As we move forward with this new identity, our core commitment to empowering students remains stronger than ever.

By joining the renowned Global University Systems (GUS), we are now part of a global network of more than 30 institutions worldwide. This strategic alignment allows us to expand our reach and offer even more innovative and dynamic programs that prepare students to navigate and thrive in a rapidly changing global landscape.

Maria Nek, Managing Director of UE Amsterdam, reflects on this exciting change:
“At UE Amsterdam, we embrace innovation and a global perspective. Our rebranding is more than just a name change—it represents our commitment to equipping students with the academic knowledge, practical skills, and entrepreneurial spirit needed to succeed in today’s fast-moving industries. We are creating an environment where students are encouraged to think critically, take on new challenges, and make a positive impact in their fields.”

This rebrand marks the start of an exciting new chapter for UE Amsterdam, and we look forward to continuing our legacy while opening doors to new opportunities for our students, alumni, and partners worldwide.

Stay tuned for more updates, and join us on this journey as we continue shaping the future of education!
